THE CONWAY HOUSE TRIP!
April 30, 2008
Thanks again to all the students and chaperones that dedicated their time to the Conway House Trip! We had a great time interacting with the kids while we played games, made jewelry, and had a few wrestling matches. The students and parents who helped prepare the dinner did an outstanding job. We would not have been able to do this if it weren't for everyone rallying together and contributing food and desserts to make the families a wonderful meal. And good job to those 4 or 5 people who helped out with the yardwork! Every little bit helps. I think everyone who participated left this experience feeling rewarded and good about what they did to help these families.
Once again, thank you to all who helped make a difference!

Just Brendan being Brendan.

It looks like I'm trying out for American Idol... But I swear I'm working!

The taller of the Kaplan twins (about 4' 0") cleaning up the back yard.

Ok this time I was singing. But hey, Brendan was doing good sweeping up!

Lisa and Danielle... and Speed Racer, playing around in the Mach 5.

Sarah showing true compassion. It would have been even cuter if she hadn't tried to actually STEAL the baby.

This was the most popular 3 year old that I have ever met; not that I was cool enough to play with him anyways. This picture is also an excellent example of a senior who knows her work isn't quite done. Take notes.

Emma Rose entertaining the kids, whilst eating her own (or maybe the doll's) hair.

Ms. Pladsen showing us the contaigousness of a smile. And how to use glue without eating it.

Ignore the jokers in the back. We rock though.

Ignore captain morgan in the front. Everybody else rocks though.
